Finding My Purpose

Painting I did in Mindy Lacefield's True Free Spirit Class.

In life our purpose changes in what stage of life we are in.
I was married and had a baby at a young age.
At that time in life my purpose was to go to collage and raise a baby.
I went to hair school and am very grateful I went it allowed me to make a little money and stay at home and be a mom, it also helped me to save money on cutting my own families hair.

I am now 36 and my kids are all in school and I have one leaving on a mission soon.
(can't believe it, he is going to Manchester England).
My purpose has changed.
I am still a stay at home mom and am so grateful I am able to do this so I can be home when my kids get home and able to run them around to their activities.
So this has brought me to ask

 "What is my purpose"?

Who am I now that I am home all day with nothing to do.
I cut hair but it is not my passion.
I have always known that I love paint and love to create.
I started taking an art class and I know for a fact this is my passion!
I am good and I love it!
I am so grateful to have found my purpose.

It is to paint!!

I hope to take my painting to a new level and I am learning as fast as I can.
I hope that you all find your purpose in life and remember that our purpose change and as you have young kids that is okay for you to have them be your purpose.

It is okay to "Just Be A Mom"!

I am so grateful that I have found my purpose and that it feeds my soul!

I am here via Willowing. So nice to visit you here and get to know you a little better :)

It feels good to finally admit the importance Art has in your life, doesn't it?! I've always leaned toward art and creativity, but just started calling myself an Artist just a few years ago....about your age :)

I wish you happiness, pride and fulfillment in all you do!
